  Below is a set of 8 cards, all taken from the same profile headstudy of a King Charles Spaniel. Four are flat-faced dogs. The other four have very slight, but defined, muzzles as is now required by the revised UK KCS Breed Standard. Their muzzles are also slightly stronger, to balance the head. The comparisons are very interesting. All heads are identical apart from colour, and differentiation as described.
